This traditional favorite starts with roasted and pureed locally-sourced fresh pumpkin. The puree is then creamed with aromatic, autumnal spices including cinnamon, clove, allspice, and ginger. Once baked in a 9" scratch-made butter crust, it becomes the quintessential finish to any Thanksgiving feast.
All pie orders must be placed by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 17, 2016.
